Order Processing: Orders are processed within 5 hours from the time of purchase.

Order Cut-off Time: To qualify for same-day delivery, orders must be placed by 12 pm on the same day.

Delivery Schedule: Orders placed after 12 pm will be delivered the next day between 9 am to 9 pm.

Local Delivery Radius:

• Within 30km Radius:
• Minimum Order: $40 before taxes
• Local Delivery Cost: $3 (Orders above $60 before taxes enjoy FREE local delivery)
• Note: Customers must have the minimum order balance in the cart for local delivery activation during checkout.

• 30km to 50km Radius:
• Minimum Order: $60 before taxes
• Local Delivery Cost: $5 (Orders above $70 before taxes enjoy FREE local delivery)
• Note: Customers must have the minimum order balance in the cart for local delivery activation during checkout.

• 50km to 80km Radius:
• Minimum Order: $60 before taxes
• Local Delivery Cost: $10 (Orders above $100 before taxes enjoy FREE local delivery)
• Note: Customers must have the minimum order balance in the cart for local delivery activation during checkout.

Service Availability: This same-day contactless local delivery service is available only for local customers within Ontario.

How to Order: Simply add your desired products to your cart and proceed to checkout. Ensure your order is placed before 12 pm to enjoy same-day delivery!

Note: Delivery timeframes may vary based on location and demand.

During checkout: Please make sure to leave special delivery instructions for our driver if your property requires it.

• For example:
• Leave package at porch/front door
• Leave package on table/chair at porch/front door
• Leave package at side entrance/door, colour of door, door number, etc.
• Leave package inside/outside porch enclosure
• Leave package at front door, buzzer number ####, etc.
• Leave package with building concierge/lobby attendant.
• Leave package at the front door of my apartment.

Please make sure to include your buzzer number, or concierge availability, if applicable. You will receive an email/SMS status update when your package is "out for delivery" and when it is "delivered." Our driver will take pictures for Proof Of Delivery.

If you forget to inform us of your buzzer number during checkout, we will get in touch with you via email or SMS within the same day. If you do not request us to leave your package with your concierge/lobby attendant or don't leave any instructions other than your buzzer #, and you reside in a building, we will leave your package in front of your apartment door.

Please note, if your package is stolen once we have delivered it, Lash Boom Inc. is not liable.

Re-delivery Costs: If there is an issue delivering your package due to lack of information or confusing address, or difficult access to delivery point, a $3-$10 re-delivery cost will be required by customer before the re-delivery can be scheduled.
